The first a hand-colored centerfold from Harper's Weekly of December 12, 1891, titled "The Music For the Dance," showing two fiddlers, a banjoist and cellist trudging through the snow to their gig. Behind glass in a wooden frame (DOA 20.75 x 27.75 in.) (very good condition); Theatrical poster for a performance of "Uncle Tom's Cabin," circa 1910, no location given. The lead illustration depicts a lively dance with banjo accompaniment. Presented in wooden frame. (DOA 22 x 11.75 in.) (fair condition with edge loss, creases and soiling).
