Circa 1930, of floral spray design pattern consisting of (82) full cut round diamonds bead and bezel set and (26) straight cut baguettes channel set accenting the floral stems; with approximate total weight of 4.28 carats all mounted in Platinum. The clips are fitted with a double hinged pin stem stamped 14KT.

These diamond clips were purchased directly from the estate of Martha Eskridge Love and James Spencer Love. The clips given to Martha by her husband, Spencer, a prominent North Carolina businessman who started Burlington Industries. By 1955, it was the largest textile corporation in the world. In 1962, when Mr. Love died, Burlington Industries was the 48th largest corporation in the United States. The business school at Elon College is named the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
