Jac Jacobsen Luxo Lamp

From the Latin phrase "I give light," the Luxo architect luminaire L-1 was inspired by a sewing machine lamp in 1936. The adjustable chrome plated lamp lifts from its weighted base and stands 48 in. with a 9.5 in. base and shade. One of Jacobsen's most popular designs.
