A four piece service including coffee pot with sponsor's mark for Duncan Urquhart & Naphtali Hart (London, 1804) (8.5 in.; 26.25 troy oz.); a tea pot with sponsor's mark for Ann Robertson (Newcastle, 1806) (6.25 in.; 20.4 troy oz.); an open sugar with double handles and sponsor's mark for Ann Robertson (Newcastle, 1803) (4.25 in.; 8.4 troy oz.); and cream jug with Ann Robertson's sponsor's mark (Newcastle, no date letter) (4 in.; 4.5 troy oz.).

Estate Collection of Charles and Nell Pillsbury of Fort Orange, New York

Each piece of oval form with lobed lower body and engraved band at waist. The Robertson pieces have a bright cut acorn motif, while the coffee pot has an engraved fruit and foliate scroll design. Both coffee pot and tea pot with wooden handles and matched Greek key motif and wreath bright cut engraving to lid. The cream jug and sugar also each bear an engraved crest of arm clasping an arrow and rising from rubble.

The lid of coffee pot is dented, several spot repairs to body of tea pot.
