Circa 1830, mahogany, mahogany veneers, poplar secondary, the top having a nicely decorated dart carved edge with wide cross-banded veneer, a hinged leaf with double butterfly supports at either end, raised on lyre scrolled supports with shaped stretcher base. The case has (2) side by side drawers to the skirt, the opposite side with (2) faux drawers.
