Cut Glass Vanity Box, Powder Jar and Hand Mirror

The box blown and cut with hobstar pattern, having a hinged lid and mounted with sterling silver (stamped Sterling and CFM Co.). The powder jar is finely cut; the lid has a central hobstar forming a larger eight pointed star, with thumbprint cuts bordering the edge. The body of the jar has eight cut hobstars with marquise cut shaped diamonds between, and a cut star on the base. Unusual cut glass hand mirror with beveled glass. The mirror shows signs of age with de-silvering around the borders and a few minor scratches to the glass. The body of the mirror is in excellent condition. The reverse of the mirror has an eight pointed star cut in the center and spreading to the borders with spread fans between the points. The handle is faceted with ribbed cuts circling the bottom.
