Circa 1930s, titled and signed in pencil along the lower margin "Old Tupper House - Charleston" and "Alice E. Rumple," dated in the plate "1934," an old label on the verso in the artist's hand indicates that her address was 112 E. 10th St. New York City and that the original purchase price was "$12.50 with $5.00 going towards the Tupper family." Matted and framed under glass.
