Maine, early 1900s, tri-color painted canvas with wood, finely constructed with exceptional detail including "Kennebec" painted on bow and stern, shaped decks, open gunwhale, two cane seats and two thwarts, and copper skid guards, with souvenir paddle. Signed "Jim Haney" in white paint on stern. Accompanying this lot is a reprint of a 1914 booklet, the canoe of this lot depicted and priced on page 22.
