Circa 1900, two-part floor model accepting 27.5 in. Imperial Symphonium discs, the double comb player fitted with twelve (12) chimes, the bed plate cast with manufacturer's name and serial #14658, labels on the interior give patent dates through 1899 and a model No. 192, an exterior coin slot is on the left side of the cabinet, the two-part case primarily of mahogany and mahogany veneers, surmounted by a scrolled crest above a baluster rail, gold-toned decals read "Symphonium Chimes" and "Symphonium Mfg. Co. / New York," below, the glass-fronted doors flanked by columns, the whole resting on a conforming base serving as a disc cabinet, the doors decorated with lightwood inlays accented by mother-of-pearl dots.
