Circa 1960s, 33.25 in. octagonal rifled barrel with .5 in. bore, stamped J. BOONE and GREENSBORO N. C. near the breech, the barrel also marked SPRINGFIELD. O, adjustable rear sight and hooded front sight; figured maple stock with conforming ramrod and brass mounts; the blued lockplate stamped JIM BOONE.
