20th century, possibly Japanese, signed on lower left panel and stamped with a red seal, decorated with golden pine tree branches and knotted branches with plum blossoms against a black silk background, two symbols from the "Three Friends of Winter," pine known for its longevity and plum blossoms are a symbol of perseverance for blooming during the harsh snow of winter.

Very good condition; has a vertical two inch scratch to the upper left corner of left panel; damage to the backing of the screen.
