Likely 17th and 18th century, the first: Antoine Waterloo (Flemish, circa 1610-1690), House with Shrubbery on Bank of River, monogramed in plate lower left; the second: George and John Smith of Chichester (English, 18th Century), Landscape with a Cottage; the third: Heneage Finch, the 4th Earl of Aylesford (British, 1751-1812), The Water Wheel, 1795, signed and dated in ink lower center recto; all matted and presented in similar wooden frames (two in matching frames).

the first and second: SS 5 x 6 in. (each approximately), DOA 11 3/4 x 12 1/4 in.;
the third: 4 3/8 x 7 3/8 in., DOA 9 7/8 x 12 1/2 in.
