Both gelatin silver prints; the first depicting Carmel Snow in profile, Vogue archives dates this portrait to 1955, annotated by the collector on the verso (sheet 10 7/8 x 13.75 in.) (minor creasing in upper right corner); the second depicting a fashion model draped in jewels and fur, annotated by the collector on the verso (sheet 14 x 11 in.) (some minor creasing to corners, some finger prints from printing); both unframed.

From the Estate of Otto Fenn, Sag Harbor, Long Island Mr. Fenn was a fashion photographer whose work was published in Harper's Bazaar, Town & Country, Good Housekeeping, Ladies' Home Journal, McCall's, House Beautiful, and House and Garden magazines.

Carmel Snow was the Irish born editor of the American edition of Harper's Bazaar from 1934 to 1958. Snow championed the concept of "the well dressed woman with a well dressed mind."
