19th century, ink on paper, signed with title and two red seals on upper right hand corner, ink and ink wash landscape of a mountain and water scene with a man at a tea house contemplating a waterfall and another man on the right crossing a bridge to walk to the hut, framed under glass, not examined outside of frame.
