Late 19th century, the God of Longevity (Shalu) stands with an expressive face, holding a wooden styled staff in his left hand and a peach in his right hand, his robes are decorated with clouds and the Chinese medallion symbol for longevity.

The Estate of the late Wade Anderson Gardner, Jr., Wilson, NC Mr. Gardner, Jr. was born on March 25, 1936 in Wilson, and was the son of the late Lela Smith Gardner and Wade Anderson Gardner. A lifelong educator, he was awarded The Order of the Long Leaf Pine in 2004 for his 30 years of exemplary service to the educational system of North Carolina.
