The creamer with mark of Charles Thomas Fox and George Fox, London (1854), in the 18th century style with repousse decoration and three legs with shell feet, engraved with a family crest (5 in., 4.35 troy oz.); the open sugar with unidentified sponsor's mark, Sheffield (1889), no engraving (2 x 3.25 in. diameter, 1.4 troy oz.) (denting to base, two tears to rim and one tight fissure to rim).

From the Estate of the late Dr. Alison Mary Turner, Wake Forest, NC Much of the silver in Dr. Turner's collection was inherited from her parents, Royal Navy Captain and Mrs. John Schomberg Hammill and great-grandparents, Admiral Sir Montague Edward Browning and Lady Ruth Boldero Browning.
