Meiji Period (1868-1912), highly decorated with polychrome enamels and gilt, raised dragons circle around the teapots and sugar bowls, all pieces except the saucers have dragon handles, hand painting on the set alternates between groups of immortals and Japanese warriors, includes two teapots, two sugar bowls, two creamers, four teacups, and two saucers.

Largest teapot has some chips to places on the dragon; smaller teapot has chip to dragon head spout; larger creamer has a break and loss to lower end of handle and a repair of lip; smaller creamer has a slight nick to edge of lip and a break and loss as well as repair to dragon handle; open sugar dish has a small chip to dragon's back and hairline crack to interior lip; chip to rim of one teacup.
