Is rarely signed "Mickey Charles Mantle" in blue ballpoint. It is clearly the most desirable, and toughest signature variation to obtain. Ball is marked RO-A, and signed Bobby Brown with Haiti manufacturing stamp, which dates it to 1985'-1989'.
