Circa 1900, for 15.5 in. discs, the brass bedplate marked REGINA with serial number 15028, case of mahogany and mahogany veneers, the lid's underside with an inset lithograph of a muse amid performing putti. Included are 20 Regina discs, mostly of American marches and popular tunes.

Not working at present, the mechanism rotates very slowly and will not play a disc; the crank's brass collar is present, but detached; wear with minor losses and chipping to the case; small punch through the lithograph's upper right field; lid will not lock.
