Meiji period (1868-1912), finally carved bronze lantern now mounted and fitted as a lamp, base is decorated with plovers flying over waves, the lantern body has openwork with flowers and birds, the top of the lantern has a dragon heads and shaped rim topped with a flaming pearl finial, two lightbulb fitting, comes with a lamp shade.
