Mid to late 19th century, ink and colors on paper, signed "Mosai Yoshitora ga" in the lower left hand corner with an unusual woodblock print modeled like a kakemono (hanging scroll) and perhaps depicting Sugawara Michizane as Tenjin, a subject done in a similar manner by other artists, has a thin wooden roller at bottom and string hanger at top.
