Four 20th century items - the first a famille noire ginger jar hand-painted in enamels against a black ground (6.25 in.); the second an agate snuff bottle with relief carved phoenix to one side (2.25 in.); the third a ceramic model of a foo dog (4 in.); and the fourth a molded composition snuff bottle (3 3/8 in.).
