Circa 1900, marked "C. C. Paris" and with several illegible hallmarks, rectangular form, the hinged cover with oval hand-painted enameled scene of lovers in a pastoral vignette against a cobalt guilloche ground, six small bezel set diamonds affixed to the oval bezel, allover engraved floral and foliate scrollwork to cover and laurel wreath bands to sides.
