Ink and colors on silk, both paintings by the same artist with title and artist's signature and seal on upper side of each painting, paintings of waterside cottages amid mountains or with mountains looming behind, a very traditional subject in Chinese painting, very beautifully framed in gilt frames with silk phoenix border under glass, not examined outside of the frames.
