Mr. Kingsley was the Director of the Student Union and Food Services for nearby St. Norbert College. He and his wife were personal friends with the Lombardi's. For five weeks each year, mid-July through Labor day, Mr. Kingsley was in charge of building muscle, endurance, and speed on the players during training camp with no-holds barred protein rich diets. Saint Norberts College has served as the team base for all Packer living arrangements for 60 years running.
