Both now with lamp fittings; the first a baluster vase of well developed form hand-painted in underglaze blue with musicians in a landscape, four character mark to base, 19th century or earlier, not drilled (Vase 9 in.) (pock mark to vase below butterflies, shallow flake to foot); the second a cylinder vase with slight taper, 19th century, hand-painted in under glaze blue with a scene featuring an official and his consort in an interior while attendants ply the surrounding water, unmarked, not drilled (Vase 13.75 in.) (large hairline to vase).
