The first an circa 1800 oval dish likely painted in London or Holland with a lively scene of figures in Western dress amidst barrels before a fort and with ships in the distance (LOA 6 3/8 in.) (professionally repaired breaks to one side with some associated loss, expected wear to gilding on rim); the second a cabinet vase with glossy robin's egg blue glaze, unmarked, 19th century, sold with a hardwood stand (vase 4 5/8 in.).
