The first a spoon with mark of John Vogler (Winston-Salem, NC, 1783-1881), with period engraved monogram "J.J.B." to tapered handle, faint outline of a die struck eagle to underside of bowl (8.75 in.) (slight nick and minor mis-shaping to bowl); the second a teaspoon with mark of John Vogler, with period monogram to handle "H.L.B.H." (5.25 in.) (minor denting to bowl); and the third a Gorham "Norfolk - Norfolk Villa" cold meat serving fork retailed by W. T. Vogler & Son in Winston, NC , period "D" monogram (7 in.) (good estate condition).
