Circa 1914, Model A3, serial number 169905, sketch #650, in the Louis XVI style, Circassian mahogany case, shaped lid with molded edge, music stand with carved floral and scroll crest, sides of case with laurel and bow motif, on three sets of fluted double legs, on casters, along with a coordinating artist's bench.

From the Collection of Mr. & Mrs. Burnham, Santa Barbara, CA

Completed at Steinway's Long Island Factory on December 2, 1914 and delivered to Mrs. L. J. Colb, Germantown, Pennsylvania;
acquired by European Pianocraft, Signal Hill, CA from a doctor in Bakersfield, CA;
purchased by current owner.

Restoration in 1999 by European Pianocraft including refinished case, regilded harp, reconditioned Steinway action, new Abel hammers; some surface scratches to top of case; sun-fading to back half of case. Current professional condition report available upon request.
