The first a Victorian silver nutmeg grater with mark of Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham (1874), with hinged and pierced iron grate to interior, in the form of a nutmeg (.7 troy oz., LOA 1 5/8 in.) (missing pin to exterior hinge); and the second a Continental silver gilt miniature box featuring inset rubies, sapphires, and seed pearls, marked "R Co" to underside, no hallmarks (.5 troy oz., 1 x 1 in.) (missing center sapphire, one ruby, and four seed pearls).
