Mid-20th century, ink and colors on silk, two portraits of dogs painted in similar compositional manner to the Qing dynasty dog portraits by Giuseppe Castiglione, two finely painted dogs are featured under trees full of blossoms, red seals in various places on paintings and both signed with two Chinese characters, framed, not examined outside of the frame.
