The first is impressed with two gallon capacity mark above a cobalt bird on a branch (rim damage; several body abrasions) (14.5 in.); the second is a marked five gallon jug stamped "HAYSTON & CO / Fort Edward NY" (rim chips; hairline to underside of handle) (18.75 x 10 in.). Birds are hand-painted on each.
