20th century, to include a landscape with two sheds and fencing by Wynn Aldrich as well as a watercolor of a church bell by Gerarde Doucette, each signed, both matted and framed.

The first: watercolor appears to be in good condition framed; frame and matting with wear and staining. The second: good apparent condition. Not examined out of frames.
