Virginia or Maryland, early 19th century, yellow pine secondary, shaped two-board top with molded edge above vertical mahogany veneer edge banding, two central serpentine-front graduated dovetailed cockbeaded drawers, flanked by two hinged convex cabinet doors, flanked by faux rear side panels, six upper vertical stiles with highly figured burlwood veneers, lower case edge with applied cockbeading, raised on six square tapered legs with molded edge and applied lower cuff.

Overall very good estate condition. Top reset and with later underside bracing light wear and scratching to top; upper central drawer with later felt cutlery liner; brass pulls to drawers old but covering plugged holes.
