Qing dynasty (1644-1912), signed at the top left hand corner together with red artist's seal, originally a hanging scroll, now with rollers removed and framed, watercolor on silk, a gorgeous scene with high mountain cliff overlooking an elaborate temple or home overlooking the sea below with birds flying and waves washing onto the rocks, not examined outside of the frame.
