A carved family of two goats and baby nestled around each other and feeding on a lingzhi encircling a ying yang symbol, three goats in Chinese culture is an auspicious grouping San Yang Kai Tai meaning “three goats bring fortune,” additionally the goat is the eighth symbol in the Chinese zodiac, eight being a number associated with good luck in China, the carving comes together with a fitted carved wooden stand.
