Meiji period (1868-1912), a hand cast bronze diamond shaped vase raised on four curved mask feet, exterior with raised medallions with mythical beasts and dragons against an archaic design ground between two key borders, holes cast at each of the four corners perhaps for hanging, underside is decorated with a geometric pattern and signed with three characters.
H 3.75, Length 10 in.
Overall good estate condition; patina to bronze; some areas of discoloration and wear from age and use.
