19th century and 20th century, porcelain hand painted in underglaze blue with Chinese pavilions along a riverbank landscape, faux animal head handles flank the serving dish, the cover has a faux stem as the finial, high foot, and a circular shallow bowl with similar style of decoration, probably later in date than covered serving dish.
