19th century, tall ovoid ginger jar with fitted lid having pointed finial, painted in a famille rose palette with a myriad of boys playing, symbols of good fortune, peach and coins, as well as longevity symbol of bats, are featured around the boys, the reverse of the jar is painted with calligraphy in back.
