Circa 1970s, a hand stitched, cream colored maxi dress made of a stretch poly-jersey fabric with button down side front and with a matching belt / wrap, labeled.

Some staining around collar and hem; missing two buttons around the collar; hem has been let out in some areas and some minor spots throughout.
