Late 19th century, mark of Joseph Rodgers & Sons of Sheffield, model number 3177, bold renaissance revival style with lion and griffin motifs, raised on a tall pedestal base supported by four openwork acanthus bracket feet, four scrolling arms with large central standard, unmarked central cut glass bowl and (4) later marked Waterford crystal cut glass bowls.
