Circa 1970, each one is 3 in. in diameter and struck in high relief, Presidents George Washington through Richard Nixon are depicted; Eisenhower and Johnson have two different medals each while there are some duplicates present as well.

The medals have been loose in shipping boxes and this accounts for the occasional presence of scrapes and small dings.
