A German Gilt Metal & Enameled Singing Bird Automaton Box

Circa 1930, marked "Made in Germany", rectangular form with engraved floral and foliate design to gilt metal plaques set within a black enamel ground, lower drawer, with original key, raised on four peg feet, the automaton sits above a case with a pull-out drawer where the key would be stored.  An aperture in the bottom of the case allows winding the mechanism when the drawer is removed.  Slide the horizontal lever and the hinged cover opens, the red and yellow bird chirps, revolves and flaps its wings.Key very likely not original.
