Early to mid 20th century, the porcelain jar is hand painted with a lively scene of mainly Chinese boys playing and frolicking on an outdoor terrace in vivid polychrome enamels, two iron red bats fly on the reverse, drilled and fitted as a lamp with single lightbulb, having wooden mount and carved wooden base.
