20th century, includes a larger rectangular box with brass edges and light celadon serpentine sides, hinged lid, raised on four short shaped feet, interior lined with glass with three divided sections (1.75 x 7.25 x 3.5 in.; some stable breaks to hardstone), and a smaller rectangular box with incised brass sides and edges and carved serpentine set cover, interior divided into three sloped sections (1.5 x 4.5 x 1.5 in.; stable break to hardstone; some tarnish to brass), and two match cover boxes, one with incised brass sides and carved celadon serpentine top and one with low relief decoration on body with oval jade inset to top (1 1/8 x 2 3/8 x 1 1/2 in.; pushes to metal; old matchbook with matches remains in one)
