A Chinese Mother of Pearl Inlaid Jewelry Box

20th century, top cover and lower doors are both inlaid with Mother of Pearl blooming branches and birds, bands of shaped brass hardware are wrapped around the edges of the box and incised with bats and flora, hinged lid opens to flat storage area, two hinged doors on front side open outwards to reveal three interior drawers, all of the interior is lined with red silk phoenix and dragon fabric, two metal handles with coin motif flank the box, raised on four short feet.
