A three gallon salt-glazed jar with four concentric inscribed lines at the shoulder attributed to North Carolina (much of the later black paint remains, the attempted removal of which has affected the surface; rim chips; upwards small hairline from base; three significant hairlines). The second jar is redware, unknown origin, with red paint (erosion form elements, flaking) (11 in.)
