Late 19th century, each vertical kesi panel features five sections, three larger with figural scenes in silver, cream, and orange with gold metallic and black thread divided by two smaller reserves featuring one of the eight Daoist immortals, each section is framed by a dark gray ground border with gold metallic floral decoration, in a wooden frame with raised Chinoiserie decoration and dimpled corners, not examined outside of the frame.
