With a 2 liter 4 cylinder engine, and four-speed transmission. During the restoration the original transmission was replaced with a TR4 transmission with synchro mesh on first gear. The Triumph TR3 was the first production car to include standard disc brakes in the front, it retained the drum in the rear. The 60 spoke 15" wheels are mounted to Kumho tires. A 48 Spoke wheel is fitted to the spare because of the size of the compartment.

The car shows wonderfully with a 2007 repaint in Mercedes Benz Signal Red, and a new Light Tan Leather interior. New carpets and mats are present, with plastic covering. This car has seen a lot of car shows, and definitely stands out. Engine bay was painted but not restored. The boot cover fits snug, and the tonneau cover fits perfectly. The convertible top fits well, and the side curtains align correctly with the top.

Runs and drives as it should with no apparent concerns; wonderful condition, very clean inside and out; chrome is shiny with very little weathering; carpet is like new; a few scratches and scuffs, but none of concern.
