Thomas William Brown was a silversmith, jeweler and watchmaker in New Hanover County, NC. Around 1850, he entered into a partnership of Brown and Anderson, which lasted until 1871. Brown continued the business until his own death on October 15, 1872. After Brown's death in 1872, his business was renamed T.W. Brown & Sons.

Minor surface scratches from use with some scattered pinpoint dents.
